This collection contains two letters. The first, dated June 21, 1947, concerns an amendment to the action taken by the Board of Curators on March 14, 1947, relating to the Federal Retirement Plan and the Agriculture Extension Service staff's participation in the plan and the existing University Plan. The second letter, dated December 8, 1949, is a Board recommendation letter which states the rules regarding the option of Agricultural Extension Service Employees to terminate their existing University Retirement Plan and enroll in the Federal Retirement Plan.
